Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s College of Commerce situated in of Deccan Gymkhana, the atmosphere within MMCC, Pune believes in its outward environment. The home to one of the most student-driven campuses in the Pune, the institute thrives on the efforts of its students who continue to prove their mettle in national corporate competitions, academics, and placements – thereby strengthening the brand of the institute in the corporate world. MMCC Pune, with its picturesque campus, state-of-the-art infrastructure and meritorious students, continues to be one of the leaders in Commerce education. Each year, the campus hosts organizations from a plethora of different industries and sectors offering diverse profiles across verticals and functional domains. This year being no exception, MMCC Pune is proud to announce the completion of yet another successful season of campus recruitment for the graduating batch of 2016-2017.

The activities of the cell include collecting the database of the students and compiling them for use when needed.  The cell facilitates the students to improve their skills to face various competitive exams thoroughly, successfully.  The Cell organizes training programmes, seminars and meetings to encourage the students to plan their future.  The Cell, as per the guidelines of the UGC, provides information on job queries and placements in different institutions and concerns related to the courses that the College offers.

The Placement Cell organizes workshops for informing students about emerging trends and events.  It also aims promotion of discipline, healthy outlook and positive attitude towards national integration and removal of narrow provincial preferences and prejudices among students. Above all, the main function of the cell is to invite reputed companies to the campus to conduct campus interviews and find suitable jobs for the skills available among the students.

The mark of success for an institution is to assist its students in achieving their dreams of kick-starting successful career in a challenging and ever-diversifying industry. The institute has once again proven its status as one of the best college in Pune city with the recently concluded final placement process for a batch comprising of more than 221 students. Despite the uncertain economic environment, MMCC, Pune has maintained its strong hold among Commerce College across the Pune city, as an impressive number of 25 companies chose from the best talent, making final offers and pushing the average domestic salary to Rs. 3.35 Lac per annum.

We commenced with the Campus Recruitment Programme with great enthusiasm as the students count increased exponentially from the previous year prior to the placement week.
